How long does a typical deployment take?
Most projects take 4-9 months from start to finish. But more importantly, we stage the rollout so your business keeps running smoothly throughout. No "big bang" implementations that risk disruption.
What steps do you take to minimise downtime?
The new system is built alongside your existing one, as the system is cloud based it will be live and operational. Meaning we are able to test everything thoroughly from user settings, to call flows to voicemails. Once built we can go live immediately with no downtime.
If porting existing numbers we plan the porting date in advance and migrate with minimal impact.
How do you handle system integration?
Before touching any systems, we map every integration point - CRM, contact centre channel, business tools - and create a detailed connection plan. As all platforms are modern cloud platforms, we can test your environment extensively before going live.
Do you provide training?
